The Friday 5

Hi, guys!

Happy Friday before Christmas! Woohoo! I know a lot of us are heading out of town and away from our computers for the Christmas holiday, so, hopefully, you’ll have a chance to read this blog post. Either way, I wanted to share the next edition of The Friday 5! 🙂 In this semi-new feature, I share my top 5 favorites from the week – everything from products and podcasts to random musings and interesting articles. I hope you enjoy this round-up of goodies!

Portable North Pole – If you have kids, this is a MUST DO! The (free) website makes a personalized message from Santa to your child. Quinn absolutely loved it. His face was priceless when Santa said his name! 🙂

How to Release Cravings and Emotional Eating With EFT

This episode of Wellness Mama was absolutely fascinating! Never heard of EFT? Me either. EFT stands for “emotional freedom technique,” which is basically tapping. In the interview, EFT expert Brittany Watkins shares how she ditched her unhealthy emotional eating habits and retrained her brain so she could make better food choices with the help of tapping. She has a free video on her site that explains it more in detail – super interesting!

Probiotic Instant Resurfacing Pads

These Probiotic Instant Resurfacing Pads are definitely a new favorite, especially when I’m feeling lazy! 🙂 The nice folks from Glowbiotics sent me some to try, and they are now a regular in my skin care routine!

I love using face masks, but I don’t always have the time to apply, sit and wait, and then wash it off. These resurfacing pads are so quick and easy and make your skin look and feel so amazing! The pads gently exfoliate away dead skin cells while minimizing the appearance of pores and blemishes. They even help with pigmentation or age spots over time. They’re seriously the best!

If you’re interested in trying out these pads (I’m telling ya, they’re awe-some), you can save 20% off of them or ANY product with code TINA20. You’ll also get FREE SHIPPING on any order over $49 (after discount)!

Asvivid Women’s Chunky Cowl Neck Asymmetric Sweater

This sweater is everything – and priced right at $34! It’s made from soft, high-quality material and is suitable for work or lounging around the house. And, of course, it’s easy to pair with jeans, leggings, and a pair of boots for stylish winter look. Love, love, love!

Health Warrior Protein Muffins

I know I’ve mentioned these protein muffins before, but I’m seriously loving them lately – and eat one almost every day. Each one is gluten-free, dairy-free, has 12g of plant-based protein, and tastes absolutely delicious!

That’s all I’ve got for now.

Merry Christmas, friends! I hope you have a wonderful holiday with your family!

P.S. Have you sign up for my FREE 7-Day Sugar-Free Meal Plan? After eating one million cookies this December (YOLO), I’m ready to get back on track! 1. Merry Christmas, Tina! Thanks for always working so hard! Have a wonderful time celebrating with your family this week 🙂

  2. I ordered the sweater and it didn’t fit me right. I had to receive special approval to return and it cost 12$ to return (just FYI). I did complain to the company about how much it cost to return and they agreed to pay for half. Just wanted to give anyone interested fair warning. It looks adorable on the model, but did not fit well on me

  3. OH love that sweater! I feel like we have similar fashion sense… like would love to just wear workout clothes all of the days but when putting on real clothes they need to be comfortable. I always jump on your clothing recommendations!

Merry Christmas, hope that you enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family!

  4. You’ve shown that sweater a few times and it is so cute, but do you actually have it? Just curious if it’s as cute in person and fits like the stock photo. Thanks!

  5. Merry Christmas to you and your family! EFT is fascinating and something I have been looking into. I try to live my life and eat intuitively 🙂 I think I will sign up for your sugar free meal plan as the sugar has been out of control lately here too.
