The Best Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie + Giveaway

Good afternoon! It’s time for a fabulous recipe and giveaway!

Just about everyone has a favorite peanut butter and banana smoothie, but this one is truly the best. It’s loaded with two heaping tablespoons of peanut butter to help you recover and keep you satisfied after your workout.

The Best Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop (20g) your choice of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Try this: Replace vanilla almond milk with chocolate almond milk.

  5. I typically make the smoothie as your peanut butter banana, but I use less milk and add some plain or vanilla Greek yogurt.

  6. My 8 year old son loves this drink as an after school snack: frozen banana, almond butter, homemade coconut milk, cocoa powder, half an avocado, spinach, cinnamon, gelatin, splash of maple syrup.

Almond milk, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 frozen banana or 1 frozen fig, raw cacao powder or chocolate protein powder (I love the philosophie brand cacoa superfood powder because it he 10g protein plus so many AMAZING superfoods), s few drops mint extract or handful fresh mint leaves, a handful spinach.
