  1. For juices, anything with fresh ginger in it wins me over immediately! And in smoothies, I love a good peanut butter banana one (I’m definitely trying out your recipe).

  2. Mixed berries, pineapple, kale, AdvoCare chocolate Vegetarian shake and water…I add avocado if I remember, but usually I forget until I’m almost done eating my smoothie!

  3. My favorite smoothie is spinach, peanut butter, frozen banana, milk, chocolate protein powder, flax seed and chia seed. Keeps me full until lunch time. My husband is getting into the smoothies and we could definitely put the book to good use!

  4. My favorite smoothie is made with M5 fitness chocolate meal replacement powder, a frozen banana, 10 oz almond milk, 2 tbsp PB2, and 2 tbsp ground flaxseed. It’s delicious!!

  5. I typically make the smoothie as your peanut butter banana, but I use less milk and add some plain or vanilla Greek yogurt.

  6. My 8 year old son loves this drink as an after school snack: frozen banana, almond butter, homemade coconut milk, cocoa powder, half an avocado, spinach, cinnamon, gelatin, splash of maple syrup.

  7. My favorite juice mixture is pineapple juice, coconut water and muddled mint. It is so refreshing, especially after a sweat sesh!

  8. A favorite smoothie I recently made: coconut water, frozen banana, soaked cashews, carob powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, a small piece of vanilla bean, soaked dates! Your book looks like such a fun read!

  9. I’m pretty boring with my smoothies and tend to make the same Green Monster over and over again. I could definitely use your book so I can try some new kinds!

  10. My favorite smoothie is mint chocolate chip. Almond milk, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 frozen banana or 1 frozen fig, raw cacao powder or chocolate protein powder (I love the philosophie brand cacoa superfood powder because it he 10g protein plus so many AMAZING superfoods), s few drops mint extract or handful fresh mint leaves, a handful spinach. The best most decadant breakfast

  11. Perfect recipe!! I always make smoothies with vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein and PB2; however, this sounds a whole lot better. Thanks!!
