The Best Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie + Giveaway

Good afternoon! It’s time for a fabulous recipe and giveaway!

Just about everyone has a favorite peanut butter and banana smoothie, but this one is truly the best. It’s loaded with two heaping tablespoons of peanut butter to help you recover and keep you satisfied after your workout.

The Best Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop (20g) your choice of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Try this: Replace vanilla almond milk with chocolate almond milk.

  3. my favorite smoothie is a combo of frozen tropical fruits, drippy globs of peanut butter, fruity greek yogurt + milk & honey. comes out to this light peach color and it is mmm mmmm!

  5. My favorite smoothie is a mocha or latte flavor (depending on if you use vanilla or chocolate protein powder)!!! I also like to add as much veggies in there to make it healthier, yet still delicious!

  6. I make green smoothies all the time- with kale or spinach, and a variety of frozen fruit. I usually stick with water as the liquid, though sometimes I use coconut milk 🙂

  10. My favorite smoothie ever– bananas, blueberries, avocado, and peanut butter with almond milk. The key ingredient is the avocado– makes the smoothie texture silkier.

    Scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    One scoop peanut butter
    Chia seeds
    Almond milk
    Half a frozen banana
    1/2 cup of quick oats

    Delicious and super filling!

  12. My current favorite is a smoothie made with 8 oz. water, a splash of chocolate coconut milk, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, and a half-scoop of peanut butter cookie flavor protein powder (by Proti-zyme). I add two big handfuls of mixed greens and blend it very well. Yum!

  13. I do almost this exact smoothie! I use chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla! I love peanut butter in smoothies!

  14. Yum! My favorite smoothie is frozen berries + banana + protein powder + coconut oil + coconut or almond milk. I’ll have to try yours though. Sounds delicious!

  15. My current favorite smoothie is a take off my fave from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, the Island Green. I combine spinach, half a banana, frozen pineapple and mango chunks, and coconut water. No extra sweetener needed. It’s yum!

  16. My favorite smoothie is the simple “green monster”- banana, peanut butter, almond milk, spinach, and chia seeds. Favorite juice is definitely carrot, apple, lemon, and ginger. YUM.
