I received an email the other day from a reader asking me about my favorite CrossFit blogs and, unfortunately, I don’t follow too many. I follow CrossFit Invictus on Facebook and Juli from PaleOMG, who occasionally posts her workouts, but, other than that, I generally don’t follow too many CrossFit blogs. But, I really love following my favorite CrossFit athletes and accounts on Instagram.

  5. @paleo_life_crossfit_love is one of by favorites, and I just discovered @bottlesandbarbells today. Because I’ve lost quite a bit of weight with still a lot more to lose, I’ve been inspired by @nulljustin ‘s journey as well – he’s lost over 100 lbs doing Crossfit. I follow most of the ones you suggest, and I’m about to check out the ones I don’t. Thanks for the list!

  6. I follow a large quantity of Crossfitters on Instagram and they are all extremely motivational. However, I recently came across jennyyfromthebox page. I must say that she has been the reason I have began my new journey Crossfitting and I have also started my garage gym. She’s freaking amazing!!!!
