Today started with the BEST BREAKFAST! Breakfast Well, ok, it wasn’t the best breakfast I have ever eaten (that honor goes to this place), but it was still pretty darn delicious. Uncle Charlies does good work! I started with an iced coffee with cream. And, to eat, I went with the two egg breakfast, which came with homefries and a toasted English muffin with butter. I’ve come a long way since my early days of working from home. I no longer sit on the couch hunched over my laptop or at the dining room table where I can watch TV. Now-a-days, I work in my office at a desk and only sometimes listen to music. I’ve also figured out how to work with a needy dog (aka “attention whore”) by my side all day long as seen here, here, here, and here….
