If you don’t know what Fran is all about, it’s one of the main benchmark workouts for CrossFit: Fran 21-15-9 Thrusters (95#, 65#) Pull-ups As you can see, Fran is only two exercises, but the combination, coupled with the number of reps and weight, is absolutely brutal, which is why I think our coaches are subtly preparing us for it….
