Hi, guys! We had quite the fun time on Friday night… and it was totally impromptu! I didn’t feel like cooking, so we decided to take the whole family out to dinner at the Hingham Shipyard. We took Murphy to dinner at Trident last year and had such a great time together, we decided to do it again. It was basically a dog-friendly Friday night on the South Shore. Woohoo! Trident has an outdoor patio…

Hi, guys! Friday afternoon and evening were so incredibly fun! Seriously, it was probably the best of the summer so far! 🙂 After Quinn’s nap, we took Murphy to the park to stretch his pug legs and give the humans a little exercise of their own. Obviously, Murph Dog was pumped – just look at that face! We haven’t been to the park (Bare Cove) in awhile because dogs are now required to be on-leash. It’s…

Year #37 is off to a great start so far! 🙂 My birthday kicked off with an awesome (and super sweaty – holy humidity) workout at KFIT. Mal and I were both feeling some serious cabin fever (and getting cranky about it), so we made ourselves get out of the house and, man,…

Hi, guys! Let’s get right to it. Fun day to recap! Breakfast Our friends Erin and Ping (pug) came to visit bright and early yesterday morning. Erin (and Ping) had already eaten breakfast, so Mal made a couple of bagel egg and cheese sandwiches for us. On the way to our house, Erin offered to pick up Marylou’s for us, so I also enjoyed a delicious Peanut Butter Wonderful Iced Coffee with breakfast. Thanks, Erin!…

Last night, I enjoyed a lovely dinner with Anne, Elizabeth, and Ali at Alma Nove at the Hingham Shipyard. After running 6 miles in the pouring rain that morning, we deserved a relaxing night out! 😉 Alma Nove is located right on the Hingham harbor, so we enjoyed some really beautiful views during dinner. The cuisine is inspired by a mix of Italian and Mediterranean, and the wine, microbrew, and cocktail lists are quite extensive. There…
