Hello! Happy Friday! Dinner Thanks to wonderful and talented Rachel Ray, I enjoyed a wonderful dinner last night. Her Frisée Salad with Poached Eggs & Bacon was excellent– really tasty and easy to make. I added some chunks of avocado to my salad. For dessert, I broke out a bag of butterscotch chips. I only planned to eat a handful or two, but then Mal discovered the recipe for Oatmeal Scotchies on the back of…

For dessert: a piece of toast with melt-y peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Delicious. Friday Favorites It’s Friday, and I feel…

However, college basketball during March Madness is so much more exciting for me. I admit, I still half-watch the games, but once I fill out my tournament bracket, I’m all over which teams are playing, when they’re playing, who’s…
