Sweet Potato Pizza Crust

Description

A healthy twist on pizza night!


Ingredients

Scale

1.5c mashed sweet potato

1.5c almond flour

2 large eggs

1 large egg white

1c shredded cheese

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

Your choice of toppings


Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
  3. Cover a pizza pan/baking sheet with tinfoil and coat with cooking spray.
  4. Using a spatula, spread the dough evenly into a large circle about 1/2 an inch thick.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is firm and edges are lightly browned.
  6. Remove crust from oven, add toppings, and bake for another 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Remove pizza from the oven, slice and enjoy.
