Mal and I are eating a super early dinner tonight because we’re getting our Christmas tree tonight!
This is one of our favorite days of the whole year (besides Marathon Monday, of course), so we’re making a whole evening out of it””complete with holiday music, a roaring fire, wine, and sugar cookies. Well, at least that’s the plan! 😉
Dinner
Tonight’s dinner was a tried and true recipe: Soy-Glazed Fish. I first made this recipe back in September and have made it at least two or three times since. It’s ridiculously easy to make and it’s so, so tasty.
This time, I added a big scoop of apple chutney to the top of my fish. Holy amazing flavor combination!
On the side, I served roasted broccoli with Garlic Gold nuggets.
Mal and I chowed down in front of the TV.
As requested, here’s a before and after photo of my hair color:
You can’t really see my awful highlights in the first photo, but, trust me, they were hideous!
Christmas tree time!!!
P.S. Mal has been home for 2 hours and hasn’t mentioned my new hair color yet!

Your hair looks good! I really need to do mine. Don’t give Mal too much of a hard time for not noticing, its just a man thing!
