And now for some random thoughts and happenings from yesterday”¦

I really love our mantel this year. It’s so festive! I bought a couple of sparkly Christmas trees at Marshalls yesterday, and they totally complete the look. Love it.

I also love KFIT. It kicks my butt, and I enjoy every second of it.

Yesterday’s workout was 21-15-9 x 2 (!), adding weight. I think the name says it all.

Every time I hear the song “Jessie’s Girl,” I think of Rick Springfield in Californication. That show totally wrecked the song for me. Haha!

My new favorite iced coffee combo is 1/2 gingerbread + 1/2 toasted almond. It tastes like a straight up cookie. OMGSOGOOD!

I bought this sign to hang in our bedroom, so it’s the first thing I see when I wake up and go to bed at night. 

I’m “back on the (buffalo) sauce.”

I love this pug face so much. Murphy had a blast at the park yesterday. There were so many dogs to play with!

I watched this video about a female runner named Kayla, who, despite being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, has become one of the best distance runners in the country. It was such an inspiring story!
