I struggled with my weight earlier this year. Gaining and gaining and not knowing why.

The stress and strain of hours of cardio took a toll on my body, and I didn’t even have the lean figure I wanted, to show for it. It was so disappointing.
Changing my workouts has proved to be what truly transformed the way my body looked and felt. I went from being a Cardio Queen to using heavy (for me) weights. Lifting with a bit of high-intensity training became my go-to workout of choice and it’s started to show.
After incorporating strength training, I began looking like the time I actually put in. And I was working out less than ever before! #winning
Using heavy (for you) weights enhances the lean lines you want while giving you the strength and endurance you need. Don’t sleep on the effectiveness of simple, functional, strength training fundamentals.
