I'm Tina

I’m the owner of Carrots ‘N’ Cake as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). I use macros and functional nutrition to help women find balance within their diets while achieving their body composition goals.


An in-depth, 4-week reverse dieting course for women who feel like their metabolism has slowed down, think they might have hormonal imbalance and can’t lose weight no matter what they do.

Mal and I had a very fun time at Harpoon last night (recap later), so our morning started off a little slow. After bumming around the apartment, Mal and I met our friends for breakfast at the Wheelhouse Diner, and let me tell you, a greasy diner breakfast was the perfect remedy for a night of heavy beer drinking! I’m ready for the day now! :mrgreen:

I started with a much-need cup of joe. 

Followed by a #1 from the menu, which is one egg, homefries, and toast. 

Losing just one hour of daylight is really making my Sunday fly by! It’s already 11:30, and I haven’t tackled anything on my to do list! Better get crackin’! Be back later with a recap of my Saturday.

  2. I don’t like this losing an hour thing!! It’s really throwing me off!!

    Did a new yoga again today from YogaToday and while she has a lot to say that’s very good…i kinda want her to be quiet! 🙂

  3. I always drink tea in the morning, but something about being hungover makes me crave coffee. It’s the only time I drink it really. Makes you feel better everytime doesn’t it?
    That raisin bread with your breakfast looks delish! I adore raisin bread!
