Blahhh. My To Do list is insane this week, so my stress levels are through the roof this morning! 😯 I feel like I’ve spread myself too thin. Wah. Sorry to complain first thing in the morning on a Monday, but I’m feeling the pressure right now!

My yoga studio recently held a contest for the best animal Downward Facing Dog, so I entered a photo of Murphy. He didn’t win, but his picture appeared in the newspaper!

Last Night’s Dinner

Mal and I have no food in our house right now and neither of us wanted to cook dinner last night, so we grabbed take-out from Lime Leaf for dinner. I went with my usual order: Lime Leaf Noodles. Delicious. This meal never lets me down.

Breakfast

This morning’s breakfast was Oats in a Jar with blueberries, almond butter, and ground flaxseed meal.
