Over the weekend, I fell in love with tarragon. (What a weird thing to say, right?) It was added to a salad at dinner on Saturday night, which gave the whole dish an amazing flavor, so now I am in love with it. Maybe I just didn’t realize that I liked tarragon so much? I’m just glad that it’s now on my radar, and I can use it to spice up my meals whenever I want.
For lunch, I made an egg white omelet with asparagus, mozzarella, tarragon, salt, and pepper. The combo of flavors was excellent.
I love you, tarragon.
On the side, I had some spinach sautÃ©ed in Garlic Gold oil with red pepper flakes sprinkled on top. Red pepper flakes are where it’s at!! They add some serious heat!

I went to BodyPump this morning. Before and after class, I snacked on a Pumpkin-Quinoa Muffin (recipe coming soon).
This morning, Kath‘s “Home Neat Home” series inspired me to organize my workout gear, which was a total nightmare. Of course, it wasn’t organized, but it was also all over the place. I kept my sports bras and socks in my closet in the guest room and my tops and bottoms in my dresser in the master bedroom. This arrangement made no sense and had me walking back and forth to get dressed for a workout. It was so annoying.
So, I took a quick trip to CVS to pick up some organizers that I saw the other day.
I spent $20 and it was totally worth the investment.
Now, everything is in one place!
First shelf: Socks + Sports bras
Second shelf: Shorts + Pants
Third shelf (floor): Tops
Having everything nice and neat made getting dressed for the gym almost enjoyable this morning! 😉
On a scale of 1-10 (10 being super organized), how organized are you?
I’d give myself an 8. For the most part, I have a system that works well for organizing my life. I know where things are, but, sometimes, they just don’t look organized, like my workout gear. Eventually, it drives me nuts and I go into super organize mode.
