I’m actually to the point where I’m done complaining about the snow. Obviously, it sucks and I am totally sick of dealing with it, but what is whining going to do about it? I mean, if my bitching melted snow, it would all be gone by now! 😉
So, when Mal suggested going to the gym this afternoon, I was all about it. I changed into workout gear, bundled up, and braved the snow.
Ok, well, Mal did all of the hard work. I just got chauffeured to and from the gym.
But, seriously, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate my husband and his endless snow shoveling. I’d be stuck in the house all winter long if it wasn’t for him!
At the gym, I hopped on the treadmill and did this 45-minute walking interval workout. Once I completed it, I hit the elliptical for 25 minutes. While peddling away, I stumbled upon two of my favorite bloggers in the magazines that I was reading:
The Pioneer Woman in Ladies Home Journal (February 2011)!
And Kath in the October 2008 issue of Shape. Random, right? This issue just happened to be at my gym today!
For lunch, I had a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese on one side and peanut butter on the other.
I also had some leftover roasted broccoliand a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Larabar.
