Mal and I started our day by running a few errands. We needed supplies for tomorrow’s pre-marathon breakfast, so we found a little grocery store near by and incorporated it into a quickie run this morning.

Before we left, I snacked on two mini Larabars from the Expo yesterday.

Mal and I ran about 1.5 miles around downtown Phoenix and then walked back from the market.

Supplies for tomorrow:

  • Honey wheat bread
  • Bananas
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy milk (for iced coffee)

For breakfast, I had a piece of bread with peanut butter and banana slices. It’s practice for tomorrow!

Off to find some iced coffee!
