There was a return of wheat berries in my breakfast this morning! 😀 I used to eat them all of the time, especially mixed into my oats, but I let them go by the wayside recently.
Yesterday afternoon, I made a big batch of wheat berries, so my supply should last for most of the week. I’m so glad they’re back!

In the mix:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup wheat berries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 cup water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter
There’s likely a glass of iced coffee in my future this morning too. I just wasn’t in the mood for it when I was making my oats. But, now I’m feelin’ an iced coffee craving coming on! 😉
