Reebok CrossFit WOD Book Giveaway

To celebrate my 1-year CrossFit anniversary, here’s a giveaway to win a WOD book from Reebok!

I received one of these WOD books when I was at Reebok a few weeks ago for their blogger event. I thought it was so cool, I asked my friends at Reebok if they had one that I could give away on CNC. They actually had 4 WOD books available, so here’s your chance to win one of them!

I used to keep track of my CrossFit workouts (times, weights, etc.) in a little notebook, which was, of course, helpful, but totally disorganized. I’d end up flipping through pages and pages just to find a previous 1RM or time for one of “The Girls,” which often wasted valuable class time. As soon as I received the WOD book from Reebok, I transferred all of my workouts over to it, so now it’s much easier to find the info I’m looking for.

The WOD book includes a number of helpful resources (i.e. a weight percentage chart, Paleo information) as well as a place to keep track of things like your goals and body measurements. It’s pretty much everything a CrossFitter will ever need for logging their workouts!

What I loved most about the WOD book is that there’s a place to record your 1RMs, PRs (for push-ups, rowing, running, etc.) and times/weights/date for all of the benchmark workouts, so everything is nice and neat.

  1. I recently started CrossFit after a 12 year layoff from consistent exercise. It has been life changing, just like you said! Actually, I have enjoyed all of the WODs I have done, but since I have to pick one it would be: 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5 of 40# sand bag get ups, step-ups with the 40# sand bag, and scottie bobs. It was tough, but after I was done I thought “Wow, look what I just did!!”

  2. I need this!! I crossfit 5 days a week and don’t keep track of my progress except for in my head 🙂 My favorite wod is Grace! I love clean and jerks

  3. My favorite CrossFit WOD is the hero WOD, “The Seven” – I love the simplicity of 7 exercises done for seven rounds seven times each.
    Awesome workout, for sure.. I love the combination of Handstand Pushups, Thrusters, Knees to elbows, Deadlifts, Burpees, KB Swings, and Pullups.
    I love the challenge, support group, and measurable strength I get from Crossfit in general, though.

  4. I think I need one of these in my life. My current WOD notebook is not as organized I would like it to be, but I guess most things in my life aren’t as organized as I would like them to be.

  5. Such a neat notebook…my numbers are everywhere – on post-its, my hands, it’s ridiculous. My favorite workout is anything with box jumps!

  6. I could use one of these, I’m terrible with keeping track of my wods. Honestly can’t say I have a favorite workout, I prefer all the longer 20-30 min AMRAP for some reason

  7. I hope I am not too late!! I keep my WODs in a composite notebook, just like you were doing. I totally understand the flipping through pages!! A friend at the box just showed me her CF Reebok journal Wednesday night and talked about how much she loved it!! Then, this giveaway pops up?! I was meant to win!! 😉 My favorite WOD that I just did for the first time on Veterans Day was the Tommy Mac WOD!!

  8. If I shouldn’t win though, I am stealing your idea of having one page in my journal dedicated to my PRs. I am ALWAYS thumbing through the pages to find them. Recently I started highlighting them but even so, I like your idea of having them in one place!! So ahead of time, thanks for that idea!!

  10. pick me pick me, please 🙂 I decided to kick up my workouts BEFORE the New Years ball dropped this year. I will not go start my new years like a slug. I signed up for a beginners Crossfit package and can’t wait to start. I am very unorganized and am always scribbling down different workouts on scraps of paper!! This would be great to see how I go from start to finish 🙂
