    1. Sorry the videos aren’t convenient to watch while at work. Maybe you could watch them at home? A lot of readers say they use headphones to listen. I typically publish 6 blog posts per week and 5 of them don’t include video, so you can always read those! 🙂

  2. Dying at people who get angry at the plant-based comments, LOL! I’m definitely SO over those people 🙂 In my head, I know exactly what you mean by plant-based! People are cray 🙂

  3. You can eat a plant-based diet without being a vegetarian or vegan! It just means that most of your meals are centered on plants! I don’t think you owe anyone an apology. Moving toward a plant-based diet is healthy for meat-eaters and non-meat eaters alike.
