Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

I’ve always loved smoothies. There’s just something so enjoyable, even comforting, about sipping a cold, creamy, and satisfying smoothie. It’s basically a treat in beverage form, and this recipe for a Pick-Me-Up Smoothie is exactly that: a treat!

Made with banana, creamy almond butter, almond milk, espresso, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, this smoothie has a wonderful, slightly sweet almond and coffee flavor to it. It almost tastes like dessert, but for less than 250 calories per serving, you can enjoy it guilt-free whenever you need a natural boost of energy!

  1. This smoothie is delicious! I’m 21 weeks pregnant and it is helping me get more calcium in. I added about a cup of raw spinach as well…just as tasty! Thanks!
