This is my favorite sandwich yet! Holy awesomeness!

Makes 2 sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 4 dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 slices raisin-walnut bread

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Spread mixture over two slices of the bread and cover with the remaining slices.

Toast in toaster oven until peanut butter is gooey and melted.

  1. I love this sandwich! It’s so versatile. The original version is great, and I just made one with dark chocolate peanut butter, apricots, cranberries, pistachios, and honey-Omg.
