Hi, guys!

We had a fun day trip to Osterville on Cape Cod yesterday. Our friends Marisa and Jeff and their daughter rented a house for the week and invited us down to hang out, and it was definitely a good time!

Before we hit the road, I fueled up with a tasty breakfast. It was a piece of Potato and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole (I still need to share the recipe with you guys!) with a fried egg on top and avocado. Mmm! I’m obsessed!

After that, we hopped in the car and, about an hour later, we arrived in Oysterville. We said hello to our friends and immediately packed up the car to go to the beach. The amount of stuff we had for 4 adults and 2 children was crazy! Haha!

Beach 1.0!

Twinning! We seriously have ALL the same clothes! 🙂 Our tank top is from Target, and it’s on clearance right now!

After some beach time, we grabbed sandwiches for lunch and headed home for nap time. I ordered a turkey sandwich with apple slices, cheddar cheese, and honey mustard. Holy yum!

Nap time didn’t last all that long, so we headed back to the beach. Quinn really got into the boogie board this time!

He loved floating and relaxing on the ocean. #summermode

After some time at the beach, we headed home and showered up for dinner at the Chart Room at Crosby’s, which was an awesome spot right on the waterfront. We started with oysters and drinks.

And then I ordered the Avocado Salad with salmon on top for my entree, and it was quite amazing. There was SO much avocado! 🙂

All in all, it was a wonderful day to the Cape with friends! 🙂

We’re off to CrossFit this morning, followed by grocery shopping and getting our lives together.

Hope you have a lovely Saturday! 🙂
