I love today! Warm weather, sunshine, Marylou’s Twix iced coffee, a trip to the dog park with my favorite pug, CrossFit tonight”¦ all good stuff. Oh, happy day!

My morning started with scrambled eggs with chopped green bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, and shredded cheddar cheese mixed in.
On the side: a whole wheat English muffin with butter slathered on top.
After breakfast, I went into NuVal for a few hours. I packed lunch to go: salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, green bell pepper, truffle oil, and truffle salt. I nixed the usual balsamic vinegar because no matter how careful I am, it always ends up all over the place when I travel. The truffle salt was a nice flavor addition to my salad without the mess.
Lunch also included half of a 16-ounce container of Oikos with walnuts and dried blueberries mixed in.
I know I said I’d update you guys about my second NRT appointment later today, but I’m still debating exactly what I want to do. The doctor spent a solid hour going over and explaining everything to me yesterday afternoon, so I have a lot to think about. I’ll put together my thoughts tonight and blog about it tomorrow.
