Murphy was so bummed there wasn’t anything to watch on TV yesterday. I agree, there really isn’t anything good on Wednesdays””well, until American Horror Story, but it doesn’t start until 10:00 PM, and I am asleep by then. I always watch it on Thursdays.

Anyway, Murphy (sort of) watched Bethenny while I put together a new chair from Wayfair (FYI: There will be a giveaway for it on CNC soon!), but he just couldn’t get into it. (I think Jenny McCarthy annoys him.) Poor pug.

Health News & Views

I traveled a lot this year. I visited Oahu, Hawaii, drove all over Ireland, and enjoyed a fitness-inspired vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico. Let’s just say, it was one amazing and adventurous year!

Not surprisingly, all of that travel typically left me pretty tired, especially when my internal clock was on Boston time, but my body was somewhere else.

Instead of letting jet lag sabotage my healthy habits while I am traveling, I help adjust my internal clock with these few tricks!

What’s on TV on Wednesday nights?

How much TV do you typically watch each day?

I actually kind of watch a lot””during the week, I probably 2-4 hours each night!



  1. I think that picture is my all time favorite pic of Murphy! He looks so upset when actually he seems to have quite an amazing life.

  2. Read this post the other day and made a promise to myself I would come back and comment on it when I had a minute. I am in love with Greys Anatomy and every time I am watching it and Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) comes on TV I can’t help but think how much Mal looks like him!! I immediately think of CarrotsNCake and get a good laugh! Check it out for yourself…Dr. Mal! Ha ha!

  3. I would say I watch maybe 1-2 hours a night, but not always ever night. My DVR is actually 59% full with shows we have to catch up on – and we delete everything once we watch it so that should give you some idea how behind we are. We always keep up with our favorites though – American Horror Story being one of them. I love this season!! What do you think of it compared to the last two seasons? The only thing I record on Wednesdays is Criminal Minds.
