We love this super easy, no-fail chimichurri sauce in our house. It’s seriously great on anything and everything – salads, roasted veggies, chicken, steak, fish… you name it! It truly takes a “run-of-the-mill” meal to the next level!
Fresh cilantro mixed with hearty extra virgin olive oil, tart lemon, and spicy garlic. It’s got a mild kick and tons of bold flavor. It’s seriously the perfect sauce for all of meal prep dinners to outdoor grilling. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- sea salt
Instructions
Add ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender until fully combined.
Serve as a salad dressing, dip, or sauce.

Yum, this really sounds excellent! I love how simple and natural it is, unlike a lot of packaged dressings or dips that can be loaded with preservatives – this is ideal and will definitely be on my to-make list!
