No-Cook Peanut Butter Cookies

It was much too hot and humid to bake tonight, but I still wanted a sweet treat after dinner. So, I got creative in the kitchen, and I came up with a quick and easy no-cook peanut butter cookie recipe. The recipe calls for only 4 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare start to finish. And, of course, no cooking is required! You gotta try this one! 😀

  1. Just a minor question. I’m a beginner raw foodie and trying to ease my way into the lifestyle. In regards to the all- purpose flour, since we’re not baking, I am assuming the flour can be eaten raw? I want to make a batch of these cookies ( because they look so delicious) for a vegetarian friend, but I don’t want to give her an upset stomach in case flour can’t be eaten raw. Much appreciated.

  2. I had lost all motivation until I found your website. I love the information here and will be bookmarking it to come back again. I am also going to let my friends know about your blog
