I’m Nice Like That

Good morning! Happy (Cookie) Friday! 😎

I started my day with banana-almond butter pancakes. Sounds delicious, right? Well, sadly, I burned every single one. Wah! 😕 The pancakes tasted okay, but, man, they looked ugly.

Luckily, my iced coffee turned out a lot better. I enjoyed it with caramel syrup and soymilk this morning.

Mal slept in this morning, so when he finally got out of bed, he had one thing on his mind: pancakes. I guess the smell of pancake goodness woke him up. My banana-almond butter pancakes totally bombed, so I whipped up a batch of Mal’s favorite pancakes. What can I say, I’m nice like that. 😉

Being the nice guy that he is, he shared a bite with me. They were definitely better than my first batch!
