I’m off to New York City this morning! I have a couple of business meetings there, so I am taking a little day trip via Acela, which DEPARTS at 6:10 AM. 😯 Super early, right? Thankfully, I don’t live far from South Station, but it’s still a really early morning!
And, for that reason, I prepared this post last night! 😉
Breakfast
I packed my breakfast last night to take with me this morning: peanut butter and honey sandwich on raisin bread with a banana. I’ll likely purchase a cup of coffee on the train ride down. I’m sure I’ll need it!
I also packed a Glo Bar and an apple as snacks. I don’t know what’s up for lunch and dinner, so better be prepared than hungry!
