My favorite type of morning is getting my workout in first thing, followed by a hearty breakfast. For some reason, this combination always puts me in a good mood and sets the tone for my day. (I’m in such a great mood now! :mrgreen:)
Before heading to the gym for Body Pump, I snacked on a SOYJOY bar. I hate exercising on an empty stomach.
After Body Pump, Mal and I headed to the Wheelhouse Diner for breakfast. As you probably know, I love this diner. It’s my fav! I’ve written MANY reviews about it over the years:

Actually, I’m pretty much obsessed with diners, in general. I love everything about them.
Mal and I popped into Dunkin Donuts for iced coffees before heading to the Wheelhouse. D&D after a tough workout is heaven on earth! 😀
For breakfast, I got “the usual” with rye bread. So delicious! I ate it ALL!
Today is going to be another a busy day. I’m headed to a friend’s birthday party right now and then to a family BBQ later this evening.
