  1. Awesome! Being a pug person for almost 40 years, these posts just rock my world 😉 We call the Elephant Butt the Pug Butt Scoot. It’s funny that so many pugs do this and I don’t see other breeds doing it either!

Just a personal soapbox for anyone who might be interested in a pug:there’s a nationwide network of Pug rescue groups. All mine are rescues and honestly, the puppy was the biggest pain (he’s all mentally disabled due to being born with water on his brain but most of his “bad” issues were things every puppy does) and there are so many “older” pugs out there looking for someone to snort and sneeze on 🙂 Our local one is If you email her (Brenda) she will be more than happy to put you in touch with someone in your area!

Thanks for sharing Murphy with us!!!

  2. Had to read how he finagled his way into your bed…I’m afraid that’s where it’s headed with my dog too. Although, I’m trying to hold strong on that one, he already won over the couch!

  3. These are the best! Part of the reason I read your blog is because of Murphy so this is a nice treat to catch up on old posts about the little guy!
