These meal plan downloads and e-books are intended for individuals who prefer to learn on their own and might not be quite ready to commit to a 1:1 coaching relationship. They're great for anyone who's tracked macros in the past and needs some motivation to start again. They're also great for someone just getting started with macros and would like a sample meal plan or macro-friendly recipe to jumpstart their progress.
