  2. My fitness goal is to be a Marathon Maniac! I’ve run 2 marathons in 3 weeks, now I just have one more to go – the Houston Marathon in 2 weeks πŸ™‚

  3. This year my fitness goal is to schedule rest (taking a day off is hard for me! ) and to listen to my body, stretch more, and practice greater mindfulness. Basically: work on the mind body connection.

  4. I plan to work out 3 times each week. After having a baby, I haven’t committed to exercise again and I miss it!

  5. My goal is to run more regularly. I just started to run “seriously” in 2011. I would love to be able to call myself a RUNNER, instead of just considering running something that i do. πŸ™‚ Thanks for the inspiration!

  6. My goal for 2012 is to ultimately move more! This means exercising on most days but trying to get in a walk or some small movement on off days as well. I just want to be an overall more active person. Hopefully it’ll rub off on others as well πŸ™‚

  7. My #1 goal this year is to cook more healthy and clean meals for my family. I also plan to set up my workout schedule for the week ahead of time.

  8. My fitness goal for 2012 is to finallllllllly reach a healthy weight. We want to start tryin to make a lil one, so it’s pretty vital this year. πŸ™‚

  9. I’d like to start a Pilates routine to shape up my core, and add some weights to my existing cardio to tone up!

  10. Not a particular number. Not a particular size. I want to get back to that place where I wake up feeling good every day.

  11. In 2012, I want to get my running mileage up to 20 miles per week (seems like not that much but in concert with the trials I have coming up plus my personal training 3x a week, I think it’s a realistice goal)

  12. Attend yoga class a minimum of 4 days per week; drink 64 oz of water every day; (power walk 3 days per week.) Mental workout: read something positive every day!
