As you may know, I’m working with Woman’s Day and Eggland’s Best on their “Live Well” Challenge, which includes this sweet two-page spread. Wicked cool, right?!

Snack

After running around like a crazy person all afternoon, I was starving! When I got home, I snacked on a Coconut Cream Pie Larabar and a few handfuls of pistachios.

Dinner

When dinnertime rolled around, I wasn’t super hungry, so I kept it light. I had a grilled tomato and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread and a couple of carrots on the side.

Now, I am in search of chocolate!

  3. Wow …. fantastic post Tina!! Haven’t bought a Women’sDay mag in many years. That c-a-k-e on the cover might do it!

    Quick-energy-pick-ya-up ~ ~ + tons of flavors ~ ~ ~ Pineapple (any …. w/no sugar added) w/low fat cottage cheese …. maybe a few dollops of Greek Yogurt ….. sprinkle w/cinnamon, or put a drop of real vanilla in the mix. Very good. Even better w/1/2 diced sweet apple or banana …. ENJOY!
