I had a little victory on the running front this morning. I ran 4 miles with zero hip pain, which is awesome times a million. I’m going to New York City this weekend for the FITNESS Magazine 4-miler, so I’m planning a long run with Theodora after it. I really hope both of them go well.

Lunch

Today’s lunch = leftovers in a big ass bowl.

Snack

Just a little while ago, I snacked on a granola bar. I also ate a few handfuls of barbeque chips.

Mal and I are having friends over for dinner again tonight. Roasted Tomato Spaghetti with garlic bread is on the menu. Mmm!
