Hey friends!
I woke up to my Teechino (+ Nutpods + marine collagen) waiting for me in the fridge this morning with a note from Mal on it. How sweet, right? I typically make my morning Teechino the night before because waking up to it, ready to pour over ice, makes me so happy – and finding a surprise note really started my day off on the right foot! 🙂 It’s the little things in life, right?
The weekend was all about rest and relaxation for the Haupert family. Well, technically, Saturday was a bit crazy, but Sunday was really low-key. We basically ate a big pancake breakfast and then did yard work all afternoon. Leaf blowing is actually kind of fun! #coolmom
And Sunday did not include going to the grocery store. Have I mentioned lately how obsessed I am with Prime Now? OMG, it’s life-changing. I can’t believe I waited so long to try grocery delivery! Now, we just need to get Trader Joe’s on board! 🙂
Yesterday, I was ALL business. Quinn was basically off from school all last week (except Wednesday), so I had/have a ton of work to catch up with.
Here’s my Monday in a nutshell:
- Woke up at 4:01 AM
- Grabbed Teechino from fridge
- Started work
- Quinn wakes up
- Made Quinn breakfast and got him ready for the day
- Got myself ready for the day, including “washing” my face with the Counterman pads from Beautycounter. I actually ran out of them a few weeks ago, and it was such a pain to wash my face in the morning. I always make such a mess of the sink and get water everywhere! Ha!
- Put Quinn on the bus
- Walk Murphy
- Go to Orangetheory
- Come home and shower
- Work, work, work
- OMG, the bus is here!
- Work day is over
It was the quickest Monday ever, and I feel like I barely got anything done! Gahhhh! I both love and hate days like that… hopefully, I can continue to catch up today. Quinn has a half day, so I’ve really got to boogie!
With that, I’ll leave you with some quickie HIIT workouts. These are truly my favorite kinds of workouts – effective, sweaty, and over before you know it! I hope you enjoy them!
