Good morning and happy Monday! I’m not going to lie, it was sooooo nice sleeping in this morning. Well, 7:30 is sleeping in for me, but it was still sweet! I’m lovin’ my leisurely Monday morning! 😎

Last Night’s Dinner

I felt a tad blogged-out last night, so I skipped it and hung out with friends instead. Mal and I headed upstairs to Josh and Danielle’s place for some drinks, some laughs, and some brownie sundaes! The brownie sundaes were a wonderful surprise. Of course, I didn’t turn down one. 😉

For dinner, Mal whipped-up a filet of almond-crusted scrod. He used a skillet to cook each side, but the fish ended up sticking to the pan and falling apart. It tasted wonderful though!

With dinner, we enjoyed some white wine. By the end of the evening, Mal and I drank the entire bottle. 😳

  • Grocery store for tailing-gating goodies
  • Pick up bridesmaid dress

  • Prepare Monday night giveaway! 😀
