I woke up craving carbs and coffee. Don’t you think Carbs ”˜N’ Coffee would make a great blog name? Imagine what you could do with it! I still love Bagels ”˜N’ Gnocchi the best though. 😉


This morning’s breakfast was a plate-o-carbs: toasted Lender’s bagel with plain cream cheese and a Pumpkin-Quinoa Muffin.

I also had a glass of iced coffee with soy milk. I practically chugged it down this morning. I’ve been dragggggging myself out of bed this week.

I asked this question on Twitter yesterday and got all sorts of answers, so I thought it would be fun to ask on CNC too!

How many jars of nut butter does your household go through each month?

P.S. What do you think of the Boston Marathon changing their qualifying times? I have no chance of ever qualifying, but my husband is so close! Five minutes is a big deal!



  1. I LOVE peanut butter, so my room mate and I go through 4 of those large Kirkland jars of organic PB a month. But sometimes I end up switching to almond butter. I could definitely eat it every meal of the day 🙂

  2. I seriously eat very little nut butters. I’ve always been kind of under that myth that they’re so bad for you because of fat content. (blame that on the weight watchers mentality) I buy a jar of organic peanut butter just for me and it takes me about 3 months to eat that! I do go in jags though & sometimes wipe out a jar in a month but it’s rare.
