Meathead Hippie podcast by Emily Schromm – New favorite podcast alert! The show’s description immediately caught my attention: “Deadlifts and squats meets lemon balm and lavender.” Sign me up! Emily Schromm is a personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and talks about all of my favorite topics – from fitness and food to hormones and beauty products to motivation and mindset. Love!

Lightstim for Acne – I finally bit the bullet and purchased a LED light for acne. I went back and forth for a couple months about whether I should buy one or not (would it work?), but then I listened to a podcast about acne that said blue and red lights can help. The lights calm existing blemishes and prevent new ones from forming by decreasing acne-causing bacteria while soothing redness and inflammation. I’ve only used it for a few weeks now, but it’s definitely reduced the number of breakouts I’ve had. I’ll report back in a few more weeks – I want to see how it works with my menstrual cycles and hormones, specifically at certain times of month when I tend to breakout.

The Revolutionary Space Saving Ice Cube Maker– Have you guys seen this thing? I saw a post on Instagram about it and think I need one in my life. Supposedly, it makes 120 ice cubes at once and replaces 10 ice cube trays. How cool is that!? Hello, space-saver! Plus, it would make filling a (small/medium) cooler for the beach/travel a zillion times easier!
