I Slept for 14 Hours & 10-Minute Kettlebell Workout

Mal and Murphy gave me a wonderful welcome home from Florida!

It involved a delicious dinner from Lime Leaf and watching a movie together last night.

Unfortunately, I fell asleep on the couch around 7:00 PM, so I didn’t watch very much of the movie. I actually ended up sleeping for 14 hours last night, which is probably the longest I have ever slept in my adult life. (Doesn’t it kind of look like I’m sniffing Murphy’s butt in the photo below? Haha!)

This morning, Mal cooked me a delicious pancake breakfast while I ran out for iced coffees.

Check out the T in my pancake. Mal is so fancy!

  1. I did a kettlebell workout with my trainer. Boy did I feel it! I felt it for 3 days after! works great though. The longest I have slept is 3 days, but I was really sick, so don’t know if that counts?

  2. Hey Tina – just catching up on your posts over the last few days. Happened to notice that a McDonald’s advertisement was popping up. I’m not sure if you have any control over the advertisements, but I feel like it is something you would not want you your blog. Just thought I’d let you know! 🙂
