Hey there!

Last night, I fell in love with roasted cauliflower dipped in Annie’s Organic Goddess Dressing, so I just had to share the recipe. Holy deliciousness!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic Gold (or garlic powder) to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Annie’s Organic Goddess Dressing (optional)

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2: Roughly cut the head of cauliflower into florets. (I also use my hands to break it up into smaller pieces.)

Step 3: In a large bowl, add the cauliflower and coat with olive oil, Garlic Gold, and sea salt. Toss to combine well.

Step 4: Place cauliflower on an ungreased baking sheet and cook in the oven for 25 minutes, or until it starts to lightly brown.

Step 5: Remove from the oven and serve (with Annie’s Organic Goddess Dressing).

  1. I LOVE roasted cauliflower- I got the idea of Julie’s ( blog and it’s a regular side for me now! I spray it with fry light, grill it till browned, and then top it with taco seasoning- SO delicious!

  2. I make roasted EVERYTHING using Good Seasons Italian dressing mix. Broccoli, Asparagus, even Potatoes. So delicious, even my super picky boyfriend will eat asparagus if its covered in Good Seasons!

  3. The only time I enjoy eating cauliflower is when it’s roasted. The dressing on the side just makes it that much better.

  4. Funny- I’ve been eating the two together for about 12 years! I’ve always been obsessed with tahini, and Goddess dressing is the only bottled dressing I actually still like. I think tahini tastes good with *anything*, though 😉

  5. Teehee, I love that you have a recipe. I just normally toss oil and seasonings and veggies together and pop them in a whatever-heat oven until done!

  6. I love roasted cauliflower too! I usually season mine with curry powder which becomes a little sweet when it roasts! Delicous!
