Last night, I fell in love with roasted cauliflower dipped in Annie’s Organic Goddess Dressing, so I just had to share the recipe. Holy deliciousness!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic Gold (or garlic powder) to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Annie’s Organic Goddess Dressing (optional)

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2: Roughly cut the head of cauliflower into florets. (I also use my hands to break it up into smaller pieces.)

Step 3: In a large bowl, add the cauliflower and coat with olive oil, Garlic Gold, and sea salt. Toss to combine well.

Step 4: Place cauliflower on an ungreased baking sheet and cook in the oven for 25 minutes, or until it starts to lightly brown.
