High-Intensity Kettlebell Workout [Video]

Hi, guys!

Just wanted to share a challenging, high-intensity Kettlebell workout that I did the other day. It’s only 3 exercises, but it works your entire body from head to toe. It was a tough one for sure, but I felt totally invigorated and accomplished once I finished, which is the best kind of workout, right? I hope you like it!

  1. Not loving the video format you’ve been using a lot lately. I prefer traditional posts with text – just some helpful feedback. =)

  2. Tina, I’ve never been a huge fan of the Kettlebell, but ever since reading your blog and seeing a lot of these workouts requiring one, you have inspired me to add that to my home gym. Thank you 🙂

  3. I don’t mind the video, but could you include information about how to do each exercise? This was just quick shots of you exercising with no information about what each of those moves are.

  4. Love when you post workouts. I do prefer text/pin-able format. I will have to try this workout! Thanks for sharing.

  5. I LOVE Kettlebells! I don’t own any and my fitness center doesn’t have any but I have thought about picking one up because they’re the best and it’s just not the same with a dumbbell. Thanks for a great workout!

  6. Kettleball newbie and just tried them in the gym for the first time this week! Eek! They were great though. Actually felt that they were an addition that actually makes a difference. Don’t know why I was so intimidated by them this whole time!
