Just a quick hello from Arlington, Virginia! I’m actually leaving for a run at Theodore Roosevelt Island in like 15 minutes, so I need to make this post quick! 🙂
Yesterday, I did a 10 mile bike ride around Arlington with Bike Arlington, and, my gosh, was the perfect day for it! Additional details coming in a future post!
And some eats and drinks from my travels…
I had my first (iced) pumpkin spice latte from the season! I had it made with just 1 pump of syrup, so it wasn’t a sugar bomb. Plus, I don’t like super sweet coffee. It was delish!
I packed my lunch, which was a leftover piece of salmon, roasted sweet potato, and steamed spinach. I ate my lunch pretty fast because I didn’t want the fishy smell to bother the people around me. Ha!
And, finally, I wanted to show you these fun t-shirts that I saw at Target the other day. I kind of want one for Halloween. Thoughts?
