What’s your favorite meal in muffin form?

  1. Macaroni and Cheese Muffins! That’s great!

So are the egg and bacon!

The quinoa muffin looks very creative – I have to try that one!

  2. Such a fun roundup! Love seeing recipes from around the web, and muffin tin recipes are the BEST! I have a recipe for chicken parmesan muffins on my blog if that’s of interest to anyone (made with ground chicken and stuffed with mozzarella – SO GOOD) 🙂

  3. Oooo! Yum! I think my favorite meal in muffin form is just your standard blueberry muffin. I know, boring, right? 😉 But I make a loaded blueberry muffin at home with extra oats + protein powder, and if you top it with peanut butter while it’s still warm, it is UNREAL.
