I’m so happy it’s Tuesday today! I don’t think I could have handled a full work week after the 3-day weekend I had! Holy busy!
I started my day with a delicious Strawberry Vanilla Chai smoothie, which was made with fresh strawberries, yogurt, vanilla soy milk, ice, and a packet of Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer (vanilla chai flavor).
The Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer is made from natural plant-based whole foods. It’s high in fiber, protein, and essential fatty acids (more nutritional info).
The vanilla chai flavor was delicious! It had a nice strong flavor and blended well into the other ingredients without that weird chalky texture/flavor.
With my smoothie, I also made a Van’s waffle with peanut butter smeared on top.
