  1. Any exercise where I am moving, feeling strong and can incorporate that into my everyday life is my idea of a perfect exercise. I don’t even want to know I’m exercising, but just have it be part of life. Just this morning, I biked 7 miles each way to the grocery. If you twist my arm and I had to pick just one, I’d say hiking!

  2. Actually it’s a combination – Bootcamp! I think it’s because of the constant variety. No time to get bored, and accountability of all of the other participants!

  3. hmm, my favorite form of exercise. this is a tough one, cause i like all kinds. i guess if i could only pick one thing to do it would be cross fit, because of the varying routines. i like variety.

  4. Walking is my most favorite form of exercise. I can do it anytime and I love it! I’ve made a point of getting extra steps in everywhere I go. My choices to walk and eat healthier have allowed me to lose 117 pounds in one year!

  5. My favorite form of excercise is taking hikes with my two lovies- my fiance and my pooch! <3 When the weather's nice, it's great to get out and head to a state park and get a few miles in, while enjoying the beautiful scenery and fresh air!

  6. I love shopping! haha It’s not exactly vigorous but it’s fun to go window shopping for an afternoon with a few friends and walking off a few calories is just a bonus

  7. The Bar Method! I just tried it last week for the first time (there is only one studio in CT) and it was AMAZING! I felt like I was going to die most of the time, and I work-out a lot, but it hits you the muscles that you dont usually use and that need to be toned. I have been sore ever since and its great – FEEL THE BURN!

  8. YOGA! I live in NY and they have free yoga in Bryant Park a few days a week. It’s amazing to feel this calm in such a busy city!
