If there is one thing I’m obsessed with it is minerals and foods that help with anxiety. While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for anxiety, what you eat can affect how you feel.
In my latest Youtube video, I talk about foods that can help with anxiety.
One of those happens to be magnesium-rich foods.
Magnesium is needed for thousands of processes in the body.
AND
It’s actually one of our macro minerals, meaning it is one of the most abundant minerals in our body; it makes up or is part of 80 to 90% of the minerals in our body.
It’s ALSO one of the first that we lose when our bodies are stressed.
So, if you’re feeling a little bit stressed and have this anxiety going on, you may need to up your magnesium intake.
Foods that are rich in magnesium ~
✨Pumpkin seeds
✨Avocados
✨Hemp seeds
✨Dark chocolate
✨Almonds
✨Cashews
✨Swiss chard
✨Collards
✨Spinach
My best advice: add some of these foods to your grocery shopping list and ensure you consume them throughout the day.🛒
