Happy Friday, friends!

This is the final giveaway of the April Cookbook Challenge! I hope you guys had fun cooking from and discovering some new recipes in your cookbooks. That said, here’s your chance to win a copy of Joanne Chang’s Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston’s Flour Bakery + Café!

Every day 1,500 Bostonians can’t resist buying sweet, simple treats such as Homemade Pop-Tarts, from an alumna of Harvard with a degree in economics. From Brioche au Chocolat and Lemon Raspberry Cake to perfect croissants, Flour Bakery-owner Joanne Chang’s repertoire of baked goods is deep and satisfying. While at Harvard she discovered that nothing made her happier than baking cookies leading her on a path that eventually resulted in a sticky bun triumph over Bobby Flay on the Food Network’sThrowdown. Almost 150 Flour recipes such as Milky Way Tart and Dried Fruit Focaccia are included, plus Joanne’s essential baking tips, making this mouthwatering collection an accessible, instant classic cookbook for the home baker.

To enter: If you cooked a new recipe from one of your cookbooks this week, just leave a comment on this post with the name of the recipe and the cookbook it’s from. If you cooked more than one recipe, feel free to include multiple comments! I will randomly pick a winner on Monday to win a copy of Flour!! Good luck!

  1. Oh, I would LOVE this! I’ve given this same cookbook to a girlfriend as a gift, and I’ve given my mom a gc to flour! I’d love to own this book! Oh, and I just pulled out a batch of “classic banana bread” from cooking light. Delish! I made them into muffins though!

  2. This week I made Wheatberry Salad from Ina Garten’s Family Style cookbook. It was so yummy with grilled chicken on top for lunch!

  3. I just made the burrito bowls from the Against All Grain cookbook. The bowls were amazing and super easy to make!

  4. i haven’t cooked too much out of a cookbook recently but this flour cookbook would be great inspiration!

  5. I made coconut flour biscuits out of The 21 Day Sugar Detox. This cookbook would be perfect for once I’m done with the sugar detox and can indulge in a sweet treat!

  6. I made Banana Bread from The Joy of Cooking. I’ve tried other banana bread recipes, but I always come back to this one, because it’s always yummy.

  7. Paleo Cookbook- We call it turkey awesomeness but so easy: Ground Turkey, Spinach, Onions, Garlic, Olive Oil and Tomato Sauce

  8. I just got the oh she glows cookbook last week and I’ve been obsessed with cooking everything!! Yesterday I made her basic hummus recipe! So simple yet so fabulous! Tomorrow I’m trying her creamy avocado potato salad!

  9. We were away last week so it was actually nice to take a break from the kitchen, but before we left I made a family favorite from skinnytaste.com, Crock Pot Taco Chicken Chili. I add in rainbow peppers and an onion for extra veggies 🙂

  10. Vegetable galette-yum! How to Cook Without a Cookbook-Pam Anderson (not who you’re thinking of though!)
