The other day, Fitfluential asked their ambassadors to create a Fitness Bucket List on Pinterest. I have a Life Bucket List, which includes a number of fitness-related goals, but not a list specifically devoted to all things fitness, so I immediately created one. I mean, how motivating is a Fitness Bucket List? It’s everyday motivation to be active, get fit, and work toward your goals. I love, love, love this idea!
Here are some of the things on my Fitness Bucket List:
- Run a mile in less than 7 mintes
- Run the Boston Marathon
- Hike the Grand Canyon
- Fran as prescribed
- 10 toes-to-bar
- Color Run 5K
- Run a sub 24-minute 5K
- Learn to do kipping pull-ups
- Hood to Coast Relay
- Goofy Challenge
- Disney Princess Half Marathon
- Go on a fitness cruise
Dinner
Last night’s dinner was a big Cobb salad topped with turkey bacon, hardboiled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, truffle oil, and balsamic vinegar. It was a really filling meal.
After dinner, I enjoyed a few handfuls of butterscotch chips. Mmmmm! I always have room for butterscotch chips!
Breakfast
I had a craving for pancakes last night, so I whipped up some batter for my OMG Pancakes to store in the refrigerator overnight to cook this morning. We were out of eggs, so I used liquid egg whites (1/2 cup) in the recipe instead. They worked fine, but the original recipe produces fluffier pancakes, so I like it better.
I also drank a glass of iced coffee with coconut milk with breakfast.
I added almond butter on top and in between my pancakes and some fresh raspberries on top. De-lish!
