I woke up feeling so much better this morning. I may even have a bit of a new perspective on my eating and overindulging habits. I chatted with my wise husband about my struggles and he helped shed some light on things. We’ll see how it goes in the coming weeks. šŸ˜‰

Mal and I are going to Body Pump with Dave and Marie in a little bit, so I snacked on a Gala apple, iced coffee with vanilla soy milk, and some H20 for some pre-workout fuel. My grandma is planning a big ol’ Easter brunch later this morning, so I’m “saving” myself for that! šŸ˜‰
